What is the "combine with EXISTING order" shipping method?
No doubt the cheapest shipping option has caught your eye. But beware...
What is it?
The Combine with EXISTING ORDER shipping method is exactly that, a shipping method to add items to an existing unshipped order where full shipping was used.
Can I use it?
- You can use this method IF you have a previous order placed that:
- Full shipping was paid for, and;
- Has not shipped yet.
- Also, we ship fast, so please double check that your previous order hasn't yet shipped.
*This shipping will always appear, but that doesn't mean you qualify. The combined order may not be larger then the original order (exceptions may apply).
It's the only option shown
If you are only seeing the combine shipping option and not the option for CanadaPost and/or UPS, there's 2 potential causes; an invalid shipping address or CanadaPost system is temporarily down.
I mistakenly used this method, now what?
- We will update your order shipping method (Expedited will be the cheapest usually);
- And get you a shipping price.
- Payment can be sent via the following methods:
- e-transfer to payment@rotorvillage.ca
- PayPal via this link - https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/rotorvillage/
- Credit Card via this link - https://buy.stripe.com/bIY16Nb3tdRS3ZucMM (set the price by adjusting the QTY)
- Please let us know once the payment has been processed.
- Once payment has cleared, we will ship out your order.
